简介:张志勇,博士,北京大学博雅特聘教授,电子学院教授,博士生导师。纳米器件物理与化学教育部重点实验室主任,碳基电子学研究中心副主任。主要从事碳基纳米电子学方面的研究,探索基于碳纳米管的CMOS集成电路、传感器和其他新型信息器件技术,并推进碳基信息器件技术的实用化发展。在Science,Nature Electronics与Physical Review Letters等学术期刊上发表SCI论文200余篇,被引用12000余次,H因子57。部分工作获得中国高校十大科技进展、国家自然科学二等奖(2/5)、教育部自然科学一等奖(2/8)、中国科学十大进展、中国半导体十大进展。获得中国青年科技奖、茅以升北京青年科技奖。曾入选国家万人计划-科技创新领军人才、万人计划-青年拔尖人才计划、国家基金委杰出青年科学基金和优秀青年科学基金。
