教育背景:2013年于吉林大学取得微电子专业学士学位,2018年于北京大学取得物理电子学专业博士学位,师从彭练矛院士。

工作履历/科研教育经历:2018-2019年在美国加州大学洛杉矶分校任Postdoc Scholar,导师Prof. Xiangfeng Duan;2019-2023年在美国哥伦比亚大学任Postdoctoral Research Scientist,导师Prof. James Hone。2023年6月起入职北京大学电子学院任研究员。

主要研究领域:

北京大学电子学院研究员,“博雅青年学者”,海外高层次人才引进计划青年项目入选者。从事纳米电子材料、器件与集成方向研究,在Nature, Nature Electronics, Nature Communications, Science Advances, Nano Letters, ACS Nano等顶级国际期刊上发表论文;以第(共)一作者和通讯作者在Nature/Science系列期刊发表5篇论文,荣获NT18 Best Young Scientist Award等荣誉。在2023年美国物理年会组织“2D Materials: Correlated States: Superconductivity, Ferroelectricity, Density Waves”会议,常年担任Nature Electronics、Nature Communications等期刊的特邀审稿人。
