个人简介

2009年在英国赫里奥特瓦特大学（Heriot-Watt University）和爱丁堡大学（The University of Edinburgh）获得两所大学联合授予的博士学位后，2010年加入北京大学，目前是北京大学博雅特聘教授，博导，IEEE Fellow，国家杰青，中国工程院首届“中国工程前沿杰出青年学者”，IEEE亚太地区杰出青年研究学者，IEEE车辆技术协会杰出讲师（Distinguished Lecturer），爱思唯尔2020和2021年度“中国高被引学者”，中国通信学会青年科技奖。

目前，担任IET Communications的领域主编，担任IEEE Transactions on Wireless Communications，IEEE Transactions on ITS，IEEE Wireless Communications Letters和Journal of Communications and Networking的编委工作。2021年入选了2个世界科学家榜单，分别是：美国斯坦福大学发布的全球前2%顶尖科学家榜单和Guide2Research发布的2020年度全球计算机科学和电子信息领域顶级科学家榜单。

2024年2月 任北京大学电子学院党委委员、副书记。

主要研究方向

主要集中于基于数据驱动的智慧网络和网联智能研究，侧重智慧交通和物流场景，包括无线通信信道建模和应用、通信感知一体化技术、B5G/6G智能车联网、和多智能体协同理论和技术研究。

主要研究成果

共发表论文280余篇，其中IEEE期刊120余篇，包括ESI热点论文4篇和ESI高被引论文18篇。获得了多次知名国际期刊和会议的论文奖项，包括IEEE JSAC的最佳期刊论文奖：伦纳德•亚伯拉罕奖（Leonard G. Abraham Prize，通信领域影响因子最高的期刊，中国首次获奖），IET Communications的最佳期刊论文奖：Premium Award，以及8项知名国际会议的最佳会议论文奖（4次旗舰会议）：IEEE ICC’19, ICCS’18, GLOBECOM’18, ICNC’2017, ICC’2016, ITSC’2014, ICCC’2013和ITST’2012的最佳会议论文奖。已授权国际专利2项，中国专利15项，撰写7部英文专著以及1部英文书籍章节，2部中文专著。获得了教育部自然科学二等奖和一等奖各一项，中国电子学会自然科学一等奖，中国通信学会技术发明一等奖。牵头立项了3项国内标准（包括1项行业标准和2项团体标准），参与了10项3GPP国际标准和2项国内行业标准制定。
