科研/教育经历

陈晨,分别于2004年及2009年获得北京大学信息科学技术学院理学学士及工学博士学位,从2009年起在北京大学工作,先后担任北京大学信息科学技术学院/电子学院博士后、讲师、副教授、研究员。

主要研究方向

天基通信网络

作为分系统负责人研制新一代的卫星通信网络项目,并主笔其网络管理系统标准和业务发布管理系统标准,该项目系统于十三五期间获得广泛的技术应用,直接产值转化超过5亿元,成果经推荐获得了国家科技进步一等奖(2018)。另外,作为项目主持人承担国家科技重大专项的卫星轨道计算工作,承研卫星(2颗)已分别于2018年5月和6月成功发射。

地基通信网络

面向无人驾驶、智慧物流等应用场景研究天地一体化通信的网联协同、智能融合及时、空、频、码等各类资源的感知优化,作为项目主持人或本单位负责人承担包括科技部-科技创新2030-“新一代人工智能”重大项目、科技部-网络空间安全-重点专项、国家自然科学基金面上项目、省部自然科学基金重点项目等十余项国家/省部级科研项目。近期提出的“复杂高速移动场景下的信道建模理论”获得了中国通信学会科学技术奖一等奖(2023),“多智能车的弹性协同感知理论”获得了中国自动化学会自然科学奖一等奖(2023);以第一作者发表在《IEEE Transactions on Signal Processing》和《IEEE Journal on Selected Areas in Communications》关于资源分配技术的成果两次获得北京市青年优秀科技论文奖(省部级,2013、2018);发表在《IEEE Intelligent Systems》关于下一代车联网的综述论文是当年的ESI热点论文(Top 0.1%)和ESI高被引论文(Top 1%);共三次获得IEEE国际学术会议IEEE ICNC 2017、IEEE GLOBECOM 2018及IEEE ICCS 2018的最佳论文奖(获奖率均小于0.5%);担任知名国际期刊IET Communications编委、Frontiers in Communications and Networks编委、IEEE Vehicular Technology Conference分会主席以及多个国际学术会议的论坛主席、技术程序委员会委员及审稿人等。

大数据分析/医疗信息化理论和技术

基于大数据/人工智能分析技术,构建网络及海量数据优化模型并应用于网络信息管理、医疗信息化交叉学科领域研究。作为项目主持人或本单位负责人承担包括“网络大数据的数据与隐私保护基础理论研究”、“中国居民慢性病康复知识教育数据平台”、“基于电子病历大数据和基因组学探索脓毒症亚型和精准治疗的研究”、“基于深度学习的人体虚拟实时四维透视导航技术”等国家重点研发计划(973)项目、北京大学临床医学+X青年专项、北京大学新工科交叉专项及北京大学医学-信息科学联合研究基金项目。

研究成果概况

近年来已编著中英文学术专著4部,在《IEEE Journal on Selected Areas in Communications》、《IEEE Intelligent Systems》、《IEEE Transactions on Signal Processing》、《IEEE Transactions on Vehicular Technology》、《IEEE Transactions on Communications》、《IEEE Internet of Things Journal》等国际刊物及GLOBECOM、ICC、VTC等旗舰学术会议上发表论文100余篇,其中SCI检索期刊论文80余篇,学院A类论文47篇,影响因子在10以上(IF>10)的论文6篇,包括1篇ESI热点论文(Top 0.1%)和4篇ESI高被引论文(Top 1%),发布2项行业标准、3项团体标准。
